The Other Side Of Jealousy

  • A sign of insecurity
  • A sign of weakness
  • A sign of obsession.

Yes, we all know jealousy is bad, we slip into the ‘envy state’ every now and then, but there is another side of jealousy, An advantage.

We should admire others and make them our mirror to show us that it’s possible. You shouldn’t compare your inside to someone else’s outside.

The reason people struggle with insecurity is because they compare their “behind the scenes” with everyone else’s highlights. They compare their private lives to other people’s public lives, forgetting that another person’s LIMELIGHT can be your DARKSIDE!.

Instead of getting jealous and comparing ourselves to others (which would always leave us miserable), we need to remember to steer the course of our very own life. We don’t know what’s really going on in the world of others. The best comparison is to compare yourself to yourself.

Jealousy or envy can be very Destructive (dangerous) and at the same time can be Constructive. And we should choose the constructive part.

It should be fuel for our fire, we should turn envy around and use it for the betterment of ourselves.

Jealousy happens because of something you want and don’t have, so instead of being all miserable, use it as a driving force (that’s the advantage!) .

The light you see in others can help you see your own – so appreciate it. Be happy for them.

The other side of Jealousy – INSPIRATION, let it inspire you.
